Q. Will the new transmission main cross through my property?
A. No, the transmission main will be almost entirely constructed in existing roadways.  Small areas in a limited number of individual private properties will also be used, however at this time contact has been made and permission has been granted from the owners of these properties.

Q. What type of neighborhood impacts can be expected from the construction of the transmission main?
A. During construction of the transmission main, segments of roadway will be temporarily reduced to a single lane (with traffic control). Additionally, there may be very brief interruptions of utility service in areas. Prior to any interruption of utility service, potentially affected properties will be contacted.

Q. What are the construction hours for the project?
A. The typical construction hours for the project are between 7:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Saturday.  Due to the possibility of unforeseen conditions, construction hours may be periodically slightly extended.
